About the Founder, Brad Cate
As a past art director and vice president for an advertising agency, I’ve personally experienced many of the challenges and pains that come with directing a creative team. These experiences have come with successes, and—not gonna lie—a fair share of failures to learn from.
In recent years, I’ve helped other leaders improve their management skills—resulting in lower turnover, a better employee experience, and less headaches for the leadership. With years of research and practice, I’m now focused on helping creative agencies and in-house marketing departments improve their work culture.
